Terms and Conditions for Winnipeg Pro Wash Effective Date: October 25, 2025.

Welcome to Winnipeg Pro Wash ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any agreements entered into with us for pressure washing and related cleaning services (collectively, the "Services"). By booking, scheduling, or using our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.1. Services and Scope of Work

  • We provide professional pressure washing, soft washing, deck cleaning, house washing, driveway cleaning, parking lot cleaning, garbage bin cleaning, heavy equipment cleaning, car fleet cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services in the Winnipeg, MB area.

  • Services are performed using industry-standard equipment, eco-friendly chemicals, and techniques. We reserve the right to adjust methods based on site conditions.

  • Estimates are non-binding and based on provided information. Final pricing may vary due to site inspection, additional work, or unforeseen conditions. All estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of stains, efflorescence, hard water marks, or pre-existing damage. Additional services for such issues will incur extra charges.

2. Booking and Legally Binding Agreement

  • Bookings via website, phone, email, or in-person constitute a legally binding contract at the agreed price.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled service incurs a $75 fee for residential or $150 for commercial jobs. No-shows forfeit any deposit.

  • Deposits (typically 50% of estimate) are non-refundable upon 48-hour cancellation notice and applied to the final invoice.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due upon completion of Services unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

  • Accepted methods: Cash, e-transfer, credit/debit card. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

  • Unpaid invoices over 30 days may result in collection actions, with Client responsible for all costs, including legal fees.

  • Prices exclude taxes; applicable GST/HST will be added.

4. Client Responsibilities and Access

  • Provide safe, unobstructed access to the work area. Clear vehicles, furniture, plants, and sensitive items.

  • Ensure water source (outdoor spigot) is accessible and turned on. If using well water or low-pressure areas, cease indoor/outdoor water use during service to maintain volume.

  • Turn off all exterior electrical outlets, lights, and fixtures at the breaker box before our arrival.

  • Keep pets and children indoors during service.

  • Notify us of any known hazards (e.g., loose siding, electrical issues) prior to service.

  • Failure to comply may result in service delays, additional fees, or cancellation without refund.

5. Risks, Limitations, and No Warranty

  • Pressure washing involves high pressure and chemicals, which may cause damage to poorly maintained, defective, or low-grade surfaces (e.g., siding, windows, mortar, paint). Client assumes all risks for pre-existing conditions.

  • We perform a pre-service walkthrough to note visible damage via photos/checklist. Client must review and acknowledge; if absent, we will notify via email with evidence.

  • We do not warrant surfaces are watertight or suitable for washing. Consult your builder/manufacturer for material compatibility.

  • No guarantee against water spotting on windows (not included unless requested). Efflorescence or fungus removal may require add-ons and could cause surface etching.

  • Services are provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the cost of Services performed.

6. Liability and Indemnification

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Winnipeg Pro Wash, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

    • Use of our Services.

    • Property damage due to pre-existing defects, neglect, or Client's failure to maintain.

    • Injury to persons or property during or after service.

  • We carry general liability insurance but are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  • If damage occurs due to our negligence, we may, at our discretion, repair or credit up to the Service cost. No other remedies apply.

  • Client warrants the property is insured and assumes responsibility for any claims.

7. Force MajeureWe are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including weather, strikes, supply shortages, or acts of God.8. Termination

  • We may terminate or refuse Services for unsafe conditions, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

  • Upon termination, Client pays for completed work plus any cancellation fees.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Winnipeg courts.

  • Client agrees to attempt informal resolution before litigation.

10. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings.

  • We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
