Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimer

Pressure washing can uncover previously hidden imperfections in surfaces. Heavy accumulations of mold, mildew, dirt, and debris may obscure other issues, such as cracks, oil or rust stains, wood rot, and flaking or missing paint.

Rust and Efflorescence Stain Removal:
Rust and efflorescence / calcium stain restoration services are offered at a premium rate for pressure washing. (inquire for details)

Property Conditions:
Winnipeg Pro Wash anticipates that the property will be kept in good condition and remain weather-tight. This expectation encompasses all electrical services, including receptacles and light fixtures, along with other structural elements. Additionally, doors and windows must meet weather-tight standards. Winnipeg Pro Wash will not accept responsibility for any damages resulting from water infiltration caused by insufficient or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical components, doors, or windows.

Removal & Replacement of Deck Contents:
The removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters, and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. If we need to take items off the deck, Winnipeg Pro Wash will not be liable for any damage, breakage, or storage issues. An additional charge may apply for the time and labour dedicated to the removal of these items.

Damages:
Winnipeg Pro Wash is not responsible for damages resulting from improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken or open windows, improperly sealed windows and doors, wood rot, defective construction, loose brick or mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process, improperly secured wires, and loose or improperly installed gutters and leaders, as well as inadequate caulking. In every case of aluminum siding and in some instances of vinyl siding, the sun and weather will dull the paint or cause fading. Power washing/soft washing, which involves the removal of chalky, gritty, or deteriorating surface materials, may cause the faded areas of the vinyl or aluminum to become more prominent. This is paint oxidation, which must be addressed by brushing the entire area to achieve a uniform appearance. The removal of paint oxidation incurs an additional charge. The homeowner conducts oxidation checks, and we will assess during on-site quotes or prior to washing; if present, we will inform the customer before proceeding.
Some stains cannot be removed by power washing or soft washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, rust, fertilizer stains, and splatters from paints are examples of materials that cannot be eliminated by conventional means. We make every effort to point out these areas to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all and require repainting or replacement, while some stains, such as rust, efflorescence, and battery acid stains, can be removed with restoration chemicals.

Scheduling:Scheduling in a business where productivity relies on the weather can be challenging. Inclement weather may impact scheduling. Nate's Mobile Wash does its best to minimize scheduling conflicts; however, circumstances beyond our control may affect your project's start and completion dates. You will be notified of any changes.

Payments:
Payments to Winnipeg Pro Wash are due according to the contract schedule and can be made by cheque, cash, or credit card. All balances are payable upon completion of the job. Any deviations from this policy must be agreed upon in writing in our contract.
